I've never regretted spending $4 more in my entire life. Also, the pistol animation is the same exact one from Cabelas 2013.

I remember owning it a long time ago, and it wasn't nearly as awful as the one in the OP. The single player wouldn't work on my computer and somehow I got a bunch of entertainment just running around the MP maps alone and testing the weapons.

I have this game for Xbox 360 and have completely beaten it. The console version doesn't have the weird hitboxes but the aiming is HORRID. Like if you aim down the sights and move the stick to the left or right first your character turns slowly and then turns faster. It really messes up your aim and has you over/undercompensating all over the place because of it.

The sniping level was okay though.

Rather than tracking down the game I suggest watching this glorious Let's Play of it. He makes a big deal about how the main character is voiced by Nolan North. At Part 14 he even makes up an auto-tuned song praising Nolan on his quest to save the President.
