I'm inclined to disagree, people like Hamster Alliance are good at the games he plays and still very entertaining because he is actualy funny and he has very high production value... Two things this guy lacks entirely.

There's a difference between not being good at games and being so bad that you blame the game when you lose and don't ever learn even though nearly every game walks you through the simplest mechanics the game does.
But, whatever floats peoples boats I suppose.

I love the guy, and his co-op playthroughs are amazing.
Sometimes his terrible gameplay is good to watch aswell.
It seems that people just bring up his dumb bits in this thread and nothing more, and that's just stupid.

I can crouch jump just fine, but on some occasions I just have absolutely no idea why I need to crouch jump.
I never crouch jumped that much in Half Life 1, which leads me to believe that the devs just made the jumping height a lot shorter, which is just silly.

I kind of wish they brought back the Hazard Course. Just for nostalgia's sake.

They teach you how to crouch jump in the tutorial of Half-Life (the hazard course)
You crouch jump plenty, plenty of times in HL itself too, and crouch jumping has been a part of almost every Valve game ever (not always necessary, but it does exist in a lot of them).
I remember not being able to crouch jump in GMOD and I couldn't get onto the platform in the middle of flatgrass and my brother laughed at me on multiplayer when I had to build ramps

a good walkthrough is were you don't die, play fairly well, show only raw flawless gameplay and shut the fuck up. You only talk when something must be explained. This is a lets play, and a bad one, and since it's a lets play, it'll most likely going to be really stupid.

I'm trying to remember the first time I learned how to crouch jump in games, but it seems so natural now that I can't remember a time when I didn't know how to do it. You could probably excuse somebody for just being new and perhaps unfamiliar to the game, or just having a lapse in intelligence while doing commentary.
But there's just something about seeing him ineffectually jump at that ledge that's really fucking annoying.
