I do not have any information about political demographics of the group, but I've seen the seedy side of it more than the friendly side. It's too bad they are so outspoken though. Nobody should care about a bunch of grown men watching a cartoon made for girls. It only gets horrible when people start to say the show is ONLY for them and alienate the small girls the show was made for, as well as all the other fedora type shit that goes on.

There is nothing inherently wrong about liking the show. Heck, it is almost progressive to not feel strange about watching a show for girls when you are a guy. Subverting masculinity etc. It just gets horrible with the porn and weird politics. I saw a couple episodes and it's not like the ponies are like "let the market decide"
