Where do you see Soviet Flags? Aside from the picture of Lenin who was a basic founder of the concept, they're carrying their own flags. True, they do have a Sickle and Hammer, but they also have a paintbrush for artistic enlightenment or some bullshit they made up. None of the tools are crossed on those flags either, it's a unique flag with some Soviet influence obviously.
