This is just so surreal Memes have always had somewhat of a minute presence in media, ever since the old days of Oprah decrying anonymous and the over 9000 meme. It never gets any less stranger to see though, especially with Pepe, who I first have recollection of having use in like... the late 2000s with Feels Good Man. He's definitely the most dynamic meme ever.
