You're thinking Flashpoint. Terrorist was putting bombs everywhere, squadmate steps on a souped up s-mine early in the episode, entire episode is squads bomb expert attempting to disarm said mine and failing every step of the way because terrorist douchebag made it increasingly impossible.

Holy fuck those intro drums are literally one of the stock loops from Heavyocity Damage, I've used that same loop in a short film I scored :v
