Weird how some say no one's justifying it but then in next sentence they justify it by saying he is out of place with no reason or some other stupid nonsense.
Holy shit, can you tone down the condescension?
I'm not the one on the moral high horse trying to paint other people as antisemitic and/or victim blamers.
What's the appropriate response to strawmen like that according to you? Nobody said that. Why is putting words in other people's mouths okay but defending against it is wrong?
Racism is discrimination based on someone's race and/or the separation of people into fabricated races.
Antisemitism is plain and simply hating the shit out of anything remotely linked with Judaism.
You can have prejudice without discrimination. As such you have have Racism without discrimination.
man, fuck this video. I can walk through the neighbourhoods I live in and get harassed more than 2 minutes worth in a 10 hour period, simply for being a scrawny white kid.
I couldn't understand the problem with the first spitting? The one where girl (? couldn't identify properly, dont have glasses atm) spits behind?
It doesn't particularly show that she spat at his back? Or if it was to pinpoint the fact that she spat behind him - so what? IMO, at this point the creator of the video is just strawmaning hard for the video to get any recognition.
I happen to have an atrociously bad habit of spitting (and I'm not even a smoker :v:), yet I'd never spit in front of a person, and neither did she. I can see nothing wrong in that? Typically, if I am to spit some mucus off while walking down the street, I'd rather wait till I pass the random passer-by and spit behind him than in front of him.

In my town spitting is just common place in our downtown area.. The only time anyone ever takes offense is when it lands on them.
As an ex-smoker, spitting sucks, but sometimes it's gotta happen.
Sorry, I was just wondering why there was armed soldiers in front of that building in the beginning? Is that like a normal thing in France or something?
Just kind of caught my eye.
Counter terrorism mesures. Some sensitive places are protected by soldiers, like religious places.
So 1:30 out of 10 hours in someones commuting time is an acceptable level of racism?
At what point does the ratio between nothingness and racism become unacceptable?
Maybe people don't want to watch 10 hours of a guy walking around a city for the one moment someone jumps in front of them yelling "YOU'RE A KIKE!!!!"
We'll never completely get rid of racism in any country. If those 1.5 minutes were really all there was (probably not) then it would be a remarkably low amount compared to 10 hours.
one of the largest muslim populations in europe
I think I understand now. The growing number of muslim immigrants hate the Jews, not the ethnic French.
My fascination with the second world war seems to have impacted the way I think about countries in the present day.
Most of the antisemitic are people are Muslims, would you look at that! Obviously the sign of a fully functional working multicultural society!
Hate to say it but, even if you aren't Jewish, the Arabs that hang out on the street in France and Belgium will pick on you if they see you as a easy target, I only lived there for a few years and I had weird encounters with Arabs so many times I lost count.
What's the strawman I'm making? I don't think you know what that means.
And this is my point, like I haven't made it several times now.
I'm not the one on the moral high horse trying to imply that the people who disagree with me are antisemitic. And I'm all like "what the hell are you guys doing" when I see people taking these vids seriously. Especially when he managed to record only 3 people saying something that had anything to do with him being jew. And I'm going even more "what the hell are you guys doing" when people jump on me trying to make me look like I'm denying that there is antisemitism in France. Why is criticizing something that serves a good cause such a taboo?
If you paid attention, I am also criticizing the video. You're taking it to a different level by being condescending.
Why does paris look like a shithole? it's so dirty...
More people will watch a short minute-thirty video than a 10 hour video. Also, any amount of targeting someone for how they look or who they are is disgusting, and isn't dismissable because you think it's not an issue/not a big issue.
I think you mean 'discrimination' not 'racism'.
I never said its not an issue or dismissed it, im asking just HOW big of an issue, people are acting like this is a huge thing but I saw only a few picked instances of it. Seriously, how big of a problem is this in France and why? People would still watch a video like this if it was even just 5 minutes long.
So if this is such a big problem in France and such a common occurrence, why not show more than like 3 instances of it?
Why does paris look like a shithole? it's so dirty...
Maybe because he walked through some shitty areas in the suburbs of Paris? You can find dirty places in all cities
Honestly, if it were me, I would upload all instances of antisemitism in one video, as a way to show how much of the ten hours sucked. Then, I would upload a highlights video. I don't want to leave a doubt in anyone's mind. I want all evidence to be accessible. In the evidence that I can't do that, I'd want to appeal to people with credibility.
Fuck that bitch that said "Viva Palestine"
For fucking real? some people need to get a grip.
people are shit man
How is he an eyesore? Because he's jewish? Or what? There is nothing unusual about him besides the cap.
I don't agree with him, but from what I understand, he's saying that the guy isn't good looking, more or less. I think his point is that if the guy was was like young and really attractive/good looking (I guess?), he wouldn't be getting the same reactions, but with his current appearance he's likely to attract more negative attention. Again, I'm not agreeing, but that's just what I understand.

I'd just get a suction cup Kippah at that point.
damn parisites
Why are Jews worried about the rising levels of antisemitism? "The holocaust happened over 70 years ago!, the Jews should just get over it."
"Surely something like this can't happen in the 21st century, right?"
"Antisemitism?, no, just Jews self-prosecuting themselves"
Please, I hope no one responds to the gimmick.
