And everyone loses their shit watching the Trailer.

this looks preeeeeeeeeetty bad
only good thing in that trailer was the Batman lightning shot, and that's copied directly from TDKR.
Ugh, that music and the entire way that trailer was cut was pretty bad.
I'm glad we got at least one interaction out of Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent though, but [sp]Doomsday[/sp] is disappointing as a villain and I reeeeally hope that Lex is less annoying in private. [sp]I'm surprised they didn't show him bald as opposed to Doomsday[/sp]
I guess the leaked script is plot now?

uhm. Don't know what to think. On one hand it looks interesting, on another it's a mash of everything into one movie. It's like they are trying to do "Accelerated Avengers" where only Superman gets a standalone movie, then everyone comes together and be friends and only afterwards Batman and Wonder Woman will get separate movies. Also Doomsday does not look interesting to me. King Shark on CW's The Flash was created perfectly, while this thing of a Doomsday just doesn't look that great...
I mean this:

Is supposed to be that?:

I personally dislike how Doomsday looks.
So from watching trailer 1 and trailer 2, I have pretty much summed up all the plot points that will happen throughout the movie except for the very ending.
Looks like Lex brought a cave troll.

Possibly LEAKED ENDING SPOILER [sp]Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and Aquaman meet up, decide to join forces and start recruiting people with Batman going to investigate rumors of "red blur". And the guy who is Cyborg is sent to somewhere after being injured to become Cyborg.[/sp]

Yup pretty much what one could expect from an ending to a movie like this.
Someone already cut the trailer way better

how have people still not realized that giving away most of the major plot points in a trailer is an awful move
jesse einberg is so awful too
That trailer is much better, I think I'm going to show that one instead of the actual thing.
While watching the trailer I was gonna post I wanted batman to win after if finished.
Gee guess no one wins because some big dangerous dude appears and changes the whole plot, thanks hollywood!
'its a comic book movie' is not an excuse as to why screenwriters can only seem to come up with 'city/big monument blows up and big fight happens' as an adequate ending to a third act.
Also it makes no sense considering Zack Snyder was all 'we're gonna deal with the repercussions of that battle', apparently by having another city destroying battle.
Funny enough, only movie out of the recent batch that hasn't done that so far? Ant-Man.
Yes because they're clearly just going to go and say to doomsday, "oh please mr doomsday don't wreck that building, please calm down come on lets go over here and talk about it over coffee" he's a kryptonian genetic monstrosity ofcourse he's going for fucking wreck everything.
Have Batman and Superman hate each other because the script said so
i mean the trailer pretty much establishes why batman doesn't like superman so this is kinda wrong

Dawn of Justice......its there in the fucking title of the movie.
That doesn't really give me hints of anything. Maybe it's because I know little of DC's universe lore.
But it's still dumb to reveal doomsday on the trailer, a roar like the one on the edited trailer some posts above would have been fine.

You've never heard of the Justice League?
Looks like yet another victim of what killed Spider-man 3, too many villains/main characters.
Too many spoilers, which also killed Amazing Spider-man 2 imo.
Doomsday looks watered down from the comic/game versions, doesn't look like a proper villain imo.
Though I love the look of Batman and Wonder Woman.
By the way I read the supposed leaked plot and my god. If it's true it will be stuffed with too many things. I wonder if it will be at least okay. For example after this trailer I have no idea what the tone's going to be.
I still can't believe Jesse Eisenberg got so famous. Even in The Social Network I couldn't stand him. But in this trailer... Uuuh. I wouldn't be surprised if it turns up for a Razzie.
Lastly, not feeling the batman voice once again.
I really don't get how people can bitch about too many things, what are you simple? there's no wonder Hollywood thinks people are stupid if that's the case, there's Batman v Superman, Lex Luthor, Wonderwoman, Doomsday, and an Aquaman cameo........thats not a fucking lot to grasp.

Why would I give a shit about what some random peoples faces look like when watching it?
Honestly I still don't get this whole 'reacts to' trend that seems to be so popular these days.

when people say that, they're not saying it's literally impossible to understand what's going on, they're saying it feels cluttered and overwhelming. plenty of films out there fail to develop important characters when there's only a few of them, it's no wonder people think this many is too much. especially when it doesn't seem like they're here in service of creativity and good storytelling, but rather as a response to marvel's successful business plan

I can see someone telling me "you shouldn't watch comic book movies for that" but when they add so many subplots there isn't often enough time for proper character building and some subplots can be given very small amount of attention.
If the leak is correct we have in one movie:
HUGE SPOILERS
[sp]People loving and hating Superman.
Superman in Middle East.
Victor Stone, his father and S.T.A.R. Labs.
Bruce developing counter-measures against Superman.
Lex developing counter-measures against Superman.
Lex creating Doomsday.
Lex hunting down other superhumans and experimanting on them, Aquaman included.
Wonder Woman searching for the kidnapped superhumans.[/sp]
I'm not saying the film is bad because it has too many things going on but it's gonna need one hell of a script and directing to not end up as a clusterfuck.

Then again Doomsday originally was less of a villain and more like "that one character who isn't Kryptonian that can beat Superman in a bare-knuckles brawl" so that writers could milk that "beloved characters die" thing that was going on in the 90's. Jesse Eisenberg is STILL pretty bad as Luthor, unless this is a set up for an older, bald, Lex that will appear later.

so in other words, the amazing spider-man 2 syndrome.

Because there are only two solutions to every problem, right?
[editline]3rd December 2015[/editline]
You're like those people who bring up Batman 66 whenever people complain about dark and gritty Batman, like there can only be two extremes.
Man, I was hoping this would be much darker. Oh well, atleast I know what to expect. I'll still enjoy it.
[editline]3rd December 2015[/editline]
love dat bat voice tho
It seems like Eisenberg is doing "oh, you want me to act? Well, here I am acting!" kind of thing. It's embarrassing. Affleck is weird too. In the Clark/Bruce dialogue his acting seemed wonky; unless he's playing an asshole kind of Wayne, then it's right on point.

Isn't that part of Bruce's disguise though? To be an asshole (in public)

If it is, it's right on point for me; but is Wayne acting like an asshole a staple? I only really watched TAS and the movies (since 1989), so I don't know if that's a staple (in TAS he acted clueless, not like an asshole, I think)
