People like Trump because he has his own money, he doesn't have to take donations, which means he can say whatever the fuck he wants and throw people under the bus that should be and not have to worry about stepping on anyone's toes and can just say it like it is. Trump needs to learn to stop talking though. He'll start off strong and everything he says might be rough and politically incorrect, but he's not wrong... But then half way through it turns into me me me me me me me I think Trump would make an okay president, because he knows how to fight for what he wants and not back down so easily, and our government can't come together and get anything done unless it's to vote for their own pay raises. I was all for Sanders until he let those loud mouthed bitches just completely take over instead of push their asses off the stage. If he's going to let two people roll over him so easily, what business does he have as the president of the USA
There's no inherent value to being politically incorrect. Just because we live in a world where a lot of people who don't really have much power in our lives or even overwhelming numbers but are annoyingly overly politically correct doesn't mean that everyone who says something offensive is speaking the truth and needs a fucking pedestal and a medal. None of these black people have good jobs because they deserve them, they only got them because of fucking affirmative action! Look, I can do it too. Give me the fuckin' oval office. Trump doesn't "tell it like it is", unless you're talking from the perspective of a a borderline racist, and sexist. Or a full racist and sexist, because honestly, considering some of the comments I've heard him make, he's very thinly veiling that shit. Y'know, the kind of person who likes it when a guy like him refers to women as “fat pigs, dogs, slobs and disgusting animals.” Even if he was President and he kept this shit up, how do you think that would go with other countries? For our president to be a massively offensive, borderline racist, and borderline sexist who constantly drops controversial bullshit everywhere he goes? He'd fuck up everything with everyone he ever went to see, constantly. If he needs to stop talking, that's because he's a full of shit asshole and you know it, and you want to hide that. Also, what exactly was Sanders, a 73 year old man, supposed to do himself? Tiger punch them? Wouldn't he have security at these things? If so, he could have called security any second, sure, but that's not a hard thing to do. If he wanted to do that, he could have, and so he chose not to. Maybe that means he had something in mind other than "omg black people so scared", like how it looks on you to have two black activists ejected from your stage screaming and kicking.

If this is the average voter in Swing States we are truly screwed.

If this is the average voter in Swing States we are truly screwed.
It's honestly like people look at face values and how they think the government works instead of learning about the track record of each candidate, what they stand for, and what they have the possibility of achieving. Oh wait that's exactly how the majority of people work, no wonder American politics looks like a show on TMZ.
i can't believe we're actually this close to the plot of idiocracy
President Camacho would be a much better presidential candidate than Trump: When he knows the country is in trouble, he enlists the help of the smartest man in the world to fix things. He can also beat up most other world leaders due to being the world heavyweight wrestling champion and has a machine gun under his podium and rides a motorcycle.

I want every user on Facepunch to stop posting for a few seconds and repeat after me: "President Donald Trump"

If he's going to let two people roll over him so easily, what business does he have as the president of the USA
nah. trump, frankly, is a clown - despite how he may be able to command an audience of people in the USA, any legit policymaker - domestic or foreign - sees him as a joke. this quality that you're talking of, where trump stands up for himself to no end, isn't actually a great diplomatic technique. in fact it's a shit one, one that's likely to escalate situations that americans don't currently want to get involved in. sanders approach to a multilateral international community will ensure the long term economic and military survival of the united states in a way that our current exceptionalist policies likely won't be able to maintain. as tried and boring as the comparisons are, eventually, rome fell. if we keep trying to play superpower for the rest of our lives, we're going to end up like the soviet union or rome or the ottomans or the brits or whatever. staying out in front eventually weakens an organization. the best thing for our people and the international community at large is to see a withdrawal of power of the united states, forcing the hands of european nations to take a more prominent role in international security and politics with the middle east, africa, and asia.

Do you really support that? How old are you?
keep up the circle jerk, commies. ya can't stump the trump!
keep up the circle jerk, commies. ya can't stump the trump!
Probably because being stumped would require the prerequisite level of self-awareness needed to realize one might say something wrong.
