Or the fact that battles consist of two squads of four to eight people fighting each other by sprinting around (and getting tired after about three seconds despite supposedly being trained soldiers, then regaining all of their stamina after three more I might add) with practically no regard for the position of the enemy, in a somehow completely enclosed battlefield only a little more than a dozen or two yards large, carrying gold-plated guns decked out with all kinds of ridiculous and impractical attachments (or some times just carrying weapons that are completely impractical themselves i.e. explosive crossbows, ballistic knives, throwing knives/tomahawks, riot shields, etc.) having all kinds of expensive and excessive air support show up on a whim and leave in seconds, having reinforcements come in one at a time via teleporter only when someone dies, the list goes on and on.
so backstabs are only supposed to hurt you a little bit yet in cod a knife can cause brain failiure if implanted anywhere in the body. I kinda think it's a troll.

Let games loose, don't try and be realistic at all, there's no need for it, instead, be fun. Serious Sam has mastered this IMHO. There's absolutely no realism to the game period, but it's insanely fun because of it.
