Sadly I only have a 2GB graphics card but I plan on getting a 980 superclocked with 4GB which should let me max it out.

You should quickly describe the mod in the description of the video if someone comes across it on YT. It might grab their interest instead of going into the links to find out.
But I love the idea of cops actually being around instead of just... spawning when something happens, heh.

My final year project for University. I didn't want to make a conventional film as.. well.. money.
Where as GTA for £40 and some spare time with the Rockstar Editor can hopefully guarantee me a pass heh!
