Heck, contacting the ESRB is even worse because the comment wasn't offensive unless you are the annoying soccer mom whiny type that critiques video games based off of trailers and the like and knows literally NOTHING about the game other than that. The complaints you and the parents have made are utterly frivolous to be frank. The comments were butchered by your editing crew to stain VALVe's reputation and that is a bad move on your part. Another thing, PORTAL 2 IS NOT A KIDS GAME YOU TWITS. It NEVER claims to be meant for educational purposes, that is a fabrication of your own design.
You'll even find in your own userbase that the reaction is fairly negative in regards to your broadcast's "facts" (aka fabrications) because the overall content of your broadcast was utter garbage.

Well, at least that's ever-so-slightly less retarded. This is a game with a pretty dark sense of humour, constantly hinting at death, murder and with its fair share of mini-swears (I'd regard 'Crap' as being pretty rude to a 10-year-old), and they're complaining because it contains a comment about adoption? If I was adopted, I would probably find that pretty funny, especially considering it's not even the first time the game mentions it. For God's sake, there's 2 comments much earlier in the game, along the lines of 'Your parents don't love you' and 'Beep... Beep. The birth parents you requested do not love you. Please hang up.'
Yea I was gonna say, they caught it a bit late considering that GLaDOS taunts you multiple times about being adopted earlier in the game.
The beginning of the chapter Suprise starts off with a great big no-parents joke.
