Seconded. We need to tell PETA of this atrocity. That poor bird must be set free from his torture at the hands of that man.
It's a parrot, they love it...and they also have mega sharp beaks so if it wanted it could cut the guy's finger off.

PETA would take it in and kill it because they couldn't find a home for it and didn't want to take care of it.
