I don't care how horrible this kid is, no matter what mental deficiency he has, it's still the fault of the parent(s) for not being able to deal with it. The mother isn't dealing with her kids in a way that will ensure a good life for them. It was her fault that she let this go on and escalate into the awfulness it has become.
