They're local cars which is even weirder since some European/American cars still have the turn signals at the right
I'm about 2 or 3 weeks away from owning a japanese imported, right hand driven Supra, and I live in Denmark (which is a left hand driven country). This was actually pretty informative.
My friends driving RHD cars has told me that right turns in intersections are easier in these cars aswell, because here in Denmark we have a lot of bicycles which has the right of way when you're turning right, and they can be hard to spot if you're in a LHD vehicle.
This is what I'll be driving soon. I'll bump the thread with reports on how it's gonna go :v:

My e36 BMW is RHD with indicators to the left of the wheel.
