For those of you who aren't too bothered about spoilers, it goes to show how bad the game has become:

2. They kill off a bunch of important characters e.g. Mordin and Joker[/sp]

When Angry Joe said the game had "Jersey Shore-ification" I thought he was exaggerating but holy shit.
Wow this voice acting is so terrible it makes the voice acting of just cause 2 actually sound decent

Depends when the last time you watched his show was.
But he very often makes good points on games and his reviews are fairly good now.
Given the rest of the game's pretty solid in terms of animations, I'm willing to say the campy dialogue and awful animations are because, well, the Conrad/Shepard relationship is ridiculously corny to begin with.

I remember when I played Dead Space 2 and was really blown away by how they made the main character look so real and relate-able by giving him appropriate body language and face animations when talking. When he was sarcastic, or sad, or angry, he LOOKED sarcastic, or sad, or angry. I didn't really expect that sort of quality from a monster closet "2 spooks 4 me" game
But I expect that sort of quality in ME3. I expected it in ME2 as well but it didn't deliver, animations were still stiff, but I extra expected it from the billion dollar budget that was put into ME3. But instead we still have stiff animations, no emotion, and most animations were reused from ME2.
so sad.
Bought the N7 version just for heritage, considering its the only true game series that I've followed from the first and completed every square inch of each game, but from seeing the videos here and the Tali thing it just makes me disappointed, especially of how great the review$ are, maybe they just messed up the little things, but the Conrad Verner scene made me cringe.

The game is still pretty great so far, and a lot of the voice actors are also great, but damn.

Really, from what I've heard, the game itself doesn't seem that bad. It's quite weird; everything bad in it should make the end product the same, but apparently it doesn't.
Also, the MP is really fun, and the bits inbetween the bad bits (which are actually just about as sparsely placed as stuff that isn't from a racoon in a McDonald's burger) are pretty great.
