You're not suppose to bring a gun in to an establishment that serves alcohol or 50% of its income is from alcohol sale. So no, you can't bring a gun to a club, bar, etc. It is a felony if you do.
im not going to say it.
He looked fine though. No buises, no blood. Could have been worse. I think the guy probably was dealing or something becuase he never looked straight at him when he claimed he wasn't. Sign of lying right there.
Why was this being filmed anyways?
Found this in the link:
Easton Byfield, 35, of 30 Thayer Pond Drive, Oxford, charged with assault and battery and malicious destruction of property under* $250, continued to March 11.
Fucking ass though for taking the money and making him get down on his knees and say shit.
broken automerge above

Sign of lying? How about he is scared because there are two people in the room (bouncer and camera guy), the door is locked and he is being threatened? Maybe he is scared, there are a lot of people that can't look in the eyes of someone who is intimidating.
Doesn't matter if there is no marks or blood, he still assaulted him. Also doesn't matter if he is dealing drugs or not, it isn't the bouncer's job nor does he have a right to do what he did.
People like this makes me want to take a knife, stab them and twist.
Fucking piece of shit.

I can't even look people in the eyes when I'm telling the truth, you have no basis for your claims.

This. I rarely look in the eyes when talking to people, when I'm scared I try not to look at people at all.
Doesn't really mean anything. I would shit myself if I was that skinny guy and some big ass one was threatening me.
Video removed, I want to see this

Bollocks. :saddowns:

Actually depends on where you live. Here in VA it is perfectly legal to bring a non-concealed firearm into a bar or establishment that sells alcohol, However it is not legal to concealed carry in these establishments. But all you have to do if you are concealing is tuck your shirt behind the butt of the gun so its partially visible. I've taken a class on concealed carry here in VA
You know, it's called common sence.
That guy wouldn't stand a chance against this bouncer. Sure, he could of kicked his balls or sort of that stuff, but after that the bouncer would get so enraged he'd break him.
And I don't think that 85% of people would get to kick his ass. That's what bouncers are for.
Once you can visually see any part of the firearm it is no longer a concealed weapon. You're no longer protected by the license and the law. If I saw that as a officer you would be in some serious shit. Best thing to do is not be an idiot and leave the gun at home while going to the bar/club/etc.
Remember the whole point of a CHL is to conceal and carry legally. I personally believe if someone can't handle going without a firearm for a few hours while going to the pub or even has the trouble grasping the concept of a CHL and tries to get away with stupid shit like that shouldn't even get a firearm.
Just because you heard it in your CHL class doesn't mean a lot, anyone theses days can teach a CHL class.
Yeah they already found his name, home address, etc. The mixed martial arts forum also got wind of this and, according to Reddit, they're organizing something to find this guy.

I have no idea as to why MMA guys would be interested in this but it sure is funny.
Ok so I subscribed his mail to 100 newsletters about being pregnant for fun
I honestly don't see why everyone's against this bouncer. We don't even know the full story. Sounds to me like he thought the guy was selling drugs to the strippers and he was roughing him up for it, seems ok to me.

1. You don't solve problems through violence
2. He stole his money
snip
What fucking scum. That's robbery plain and simple.
1. You don't solve problems through violence

Some people respond to nothing but violence, although I admit he shouldn't have taken his money
Why didn't the other guy fight back?
;28183515']Why didn't the other guy fight back?
Because he would get his ass beat and got stolen anyway. He did the right thing IMO.
