I don't see why people are arguing, if you act like an idiot you will be treated as one. You think a person deserves to be talked to respectfully after walking on top of a car and doing a backflip? Fuck no, they're acting like a horses asses and should be treated accordingly. Should this guy shouldn't be surprised he got arrested, i mean what the fuck did you seriously think was going to happen? Only facepunch can take a pretty clear video of something and turn it in to a debate.

They're just plain silly and as a mature member of society, I am filled with rage and disgust at the mere sight of those ill-mannered hooligans performing their acrobatic tomfoolery.
I like how people are talking shit about the cops. If someone walked around and jumped on your car you'd be pretty pissed too.
"Those fat cops should* be under arrest for being D'bags !! True they were embarresed, and should be embarresed for being tools. This guy should've recieved a warning and sent on his way." this comment is so bad he might as well add "THUMBS UP IF YOU LIKE MINECRAFT", because at least he would sound considerably more intelligent.
i'm sorry for expressing an opinion you disagree with you should expect to be verbally abused for doing drunken acrobatics lol [editline]30th October 2012[/editline] being needlessly aggressive and confrontational, verbally abusive, lying about the law and threatening to arrest people for videotaping them are p big on my list.
"Verbal abuse" "idiot" I'm sorry if someones offended by being called an idiot especially after being an idiot... then I have some bad news... yeah, they are you know... an idiot.
if i were a cop i probably wouldn't want people with whacky looking hats singing folk tunes while i try to make an arrest but i'm not going to threaten to arrest or attack them because they get on my nerves. if they saw him as a threat they're morons and shouldn't be cops
You have no idea what you're talking about and I was advise that you stop posting before someone really lets loose on you
You have no idea what you're talking about and I was advise that you stop posting before someone really lets loose on you
it's a good thing you're not remotely clever enough or even confident enough in your opinion to "let loose on me" then seeing as you (admittedly) clearly missed the point of a ridiculously simple to understand comparison; the whole point of my funny hats comment is that nobody gives a shit if its "annoying" to the cop. unless there is a legit valid reason for it to be illegal to film officers other than "hey thats annoying even though im a public servant with the power to seriously abuse you and get away with it" then it shouldn't be illegal. i could give a fuck whether or not the cop is annoyed or not, he doesn't get to arrest people on the basis of his little pet peeves, especially when his pet peeves prevent citizens from collecting solid evidence that an officer is abusing his power, which is essential given that the courts and entire justice system will quickly side with an "officer of the law" before they do some random dude claiming the cops did something bad

The cop even gave reasons for the arrest and Mischief and Public Inebriation are completely legitimate reasons for arrest.
