• Is heroin worse for someone's health than marijuana?

That lady must really want to keep her job dancing around those questions.
You'd think an expert on the subject of drugs would know marijuana isn't addictive nor very harmful.
"All illegal drugs are addictive" So is every legal drug if you are going to go that far. Even a placebo can be addictive in the same way weed can.
She talks really slowly so the time runs out, so she doesn't have to answer the questions. It's amazing.
I am slightly baffled by people who are under the impression that she isn't aware of the answer. Of course she is, which is why she isn't answering the question.
I know people are rating this funny and think it's funny, but it's actually really fucking disgusting that this is how the Administrator of the DEA is presenting herself, pharmaceutical companies are the reason she isn't talking about it being less bad. Stuff like this makes me hate the United States.
Steve Cohen destroys her.
4:43 Saw this the other day, his expression at the end is pure anger. He's kind of getting somewhere and just gets shut out.
I really don't see what wrong with her answering. Of course heroin and meth are worse for your health than marijuana. She should have just said yes.
She's so stupid, it's cute.
She's so stupid, it's cute.
It's already established she's not stupid. If she was stupid she would have answered the question and taken leap backs in her (ultimately amoral and wrong) stance against medical marijuana.
She's probably avoiding the meth question because meth is schedule II (you can get a prescription in the US) yet cannabis is schedule I.
you can get a prescription of weed in the us too i mean so
you can get a prescription of weed in the us too i mean so
Only in certain states if I remember correctly, and even in many of the ones that allow it it can be a major hassle.
lol if used properly heroin doesn't have any negative health effects cannabis doesn't either, provided you use a vaporizer

[editline]23rd June 2012[/editline]
if used properly heroin doesn't have any negative health effects
Mental health.
Mental health.
if used properly [editline]23rd June 2012[/editline] and the same thing can be said about cannabis
if used properly
Ok, show the ways of heroin having no affect on you other than not using it. [editline]23rd June 2012[/editline] I'm not talking about cannibis so leave that out.
Ok, show the ways of heroin having no affect on you other than not using it. [editline]23rd June 2012[/editline] I'm not talking about cannibis so leave that out.
Practically all "health effects" from using heroin is due to improper use, ie. injecting with dirty needles in an alley or dying from an OD because you didn't know how strong the perticular stuff you bought from your dealer was. Both is a consequence of it being illegal. If you could buy heroin and proper gear legally it would be non-issues. Everything is addictive, the more you like it the more addictive it's going to be. "Being hooked by the first shot" is a myth, you get addicted by repeatedly lying to yourself, doing it only "once a month", then only "once a week" and "once a day". If doing heroin meant you instantly got trapped in a horrible and expensive lifestyle even people on the street wouldn't do it.
You're missing the words "mental health" out. I'm not talking about lifestyle, or any shootings. I'm talking about heroin's affect on the system and the mind.
Other than addiction there isn't one. Care to elaborate?
Well, I have quite a few friends that do hard drugs. It's fair to say, these people have completely changed in personality, the way they look at life, the way they feel and react towards certain things, etc. They've become a lot more carefree and redundant to make views on serious things. I may not have lived through that, but I've seen how people change. Marajuana doesn't really take you over so much, which is why I don't want to discuss that. I've smoked tabacco before, and it didn't really have a vast affect on me.
Other than addiction there isn't one. Care to elaborate?
Except Heroin is one of the most addictive drugs out there, so it kind of is an issue.
