Yeah, plus there was absolutely zero resistance. They are only allowed to use force when there is resistance or the cop is threatened. This cop will lose his job. And they can't testify as to what went on before the video started rolling because there is no dashcam and they have plenty of witnesses.
And you can't just fucking beat somebody for being inebriated. If he wanted to subdue him so bad, he could have just fucking used common sense. If that was the case, cops could just go into bars and start tasing people because they have been drinking. It's not illegal to be drunk. It's illegal to be drunk and disturb the peace.
Fucking cops piss me off sometimes.

Police officer assaults Civilian: Lose your job with no criminal charges

On another note, This is what happens when you put to much power into someone's hands I would hate to be his friends and not be able to do anything.
Seems to be the same thing around the globe. Here in germany cops are basically cowardly, useless fucks. When some friends and I got ambushed by a bunch of chavs trying to provoke a mass brawl (wich it eventually became) we called the cops. Mind that the police department was just down the street. They came with a single patrol car
and two officers who calmly walked over until all the attackers had run off. Then they went around talking bullshit like when they saw a friend of mine with his face broken, uncontious in a puddle of blood the policeman poked him with his boot and was like "boy, you beter not have stabbed that guy." And when we had a party at the river with loud music 2 vans with 8 officers came, built a circle aournd only to tell us to be quiet.
Damn, it has been removed
Holy fuck if I saw a cop do that to my buddy I would be livid. I would definitely have some charges after I jumped on the fucker. Theres too many cops that think they are king shit and can get away with that stuff.

You can't really do anything to stop a cop though, really. They'd press charges against you, too.
I was at my friends party and he had one. We went to the balcony and then he wanted to show us how strong it is, so he sprayed alittle into the floor and i think you guys can think about the stupid result.
If you're afraid of the cops then you're a misinformed coward.
Unless you want to fear me, which I'm fine with.
After looking through some of the YouTube comments(which I shouldn't have done), it's surprising how many people actually find this to be justified. A cop shouldn't go ballistic if someone shouts at him/her. Unless it's actually threatening, like "I'm going to kill you!" etc.
Hopefully stuff like this continues to become more aware to the media, so they can finally give cops some fucking psychological testing or something, damn.

Actually, in a way he was resisting the cops directions. So.. He might of had a bad day, he's human. There are several protocols that could cause this to be justified, to be honest, I don't think anything will come of it either than him telling his friends he got his ass whooped for having angst against a cop.
That was totally not fake. Yep.
Yeah, it's fucking horrible - my dumbass brother just missed spraying me in the eyes with bear mace once because he thought it would be funny.
I was sprayed with the strongest, legal pepper spray. :saddowns:
I feel sorry for him, it's not like his friends could of stepped in though they just would've been beaten down too.
Plus I hate how everyone in this thread is now like Police = Evil Entity, in any group of people there are good and bad people, and that's nothing to do with how the police run but is based on the choices by those people, if people hate all the police for stuff like this then they're retards, you look anywhere you'll find corruption in a society of people.
Luckily from this evidence he'll probably loss his job and face criminal charges.

I live in Finland.
Every police i've EVER encountered so far have been very polite and friendly.
Damn, it's down, I really wanted to see this...
I wouldn't be able to resist beating the living shit out of the cops.
