They're probably prostitutes turning to porn thinking it's an easy way to get money, and this guy knows it.
The reason he can do all of this is if they talk back, they fuck them up more. If they leave, they lose their paycheck. If she fights, she gets arrested (or told to get the fuck out). If she tells the cops (I have no clue) no one would take it seriously since she signed up for whatever they had in store.
