I think they are kind of the publisher, but they arent the dev.
Actually I think they might have been just the co-developer.
Starbreeze at- merged with Overkill.
They only helped financially (and the CEO of OK became the CEO of Starbreeze).

Uncompressed audio probably, that's why Titanfall was 50 gigs since the majority of it was audio

It is textures, the texture folder is 33 gigs.

Still, it doesn't help to pack uncompressed audio for all languages at once (even korean!) in the same PC install of the game. It makes sense on blu-ray since, well, they are 50GB and you can have the same disk internationally, but on PC... you could just pack the audio in a different game archive and distribute only the language requested
