Starbreeze at- merged with Overkill. They only helped financially (and the CEO of OK became the CEO of Starbreeze).

It makes sense on blu-ray since, well, they are 50GB and you can have the same disk internationally, but on PC... you could just pack the audio in a different game archive and distribute only the language requested
