Holy shit. They showed everything that fucking happened in this trailer :v:. The plane crashing, the guy reuniting with his love, etc.
But I do have to say, lucky car crash. I mean, sure , she was sent into the ocean, but the window was smashed.
Looks odd, yet interesting.
Wonder how it'll play out.

"From the creators of the Matrix"
looks good.
Looks like 10 different movies mashed together but I am definitely intrigued.
At the end of the movie Neo frees Tom Hanks from the Matrix
This movie need Morgan Freeman
This seems to have the potential to be awesome, but seems really hard to pull off.
I was planning on writing a book about something exactly like this.... bastards beat me to it.
What? I was too...
No, I'm serious, I was. Now I am starting to believe that this book may be true! :v:
The only difference is I wanted to tie in Deja Vu into it.
Well I'm intrigued to know what the film is all about.
Am I the only one who wasn't moved? I'm not going to make any judgement about the movie, but the trailer just seemed like a giant load of pretentiousness all up in my eyeballs.
Seems like it's a bout parallel worlds. Where a rich man in this place can a a poor man in another place, ect.. And different things can happen and change one's life route.
I'm not sure though. Haven't read the book yet.

A Wachowski movie without Hugo Weaving would be unimaginable. :v:
They put him in everything.
I have no idea what the fuck is going on

That didn't help. At all. I'm even more confused now.

I think I get what it is about, but it's gonna be one hell of a contrived plot isn't it?
Holy shit how long is this movie gonna be
Have none of you fucking seen Run Lola Run?
How hard is it to wrap your head around the idea of "what if I did this", and then just perhaps as a plot twist, what if it was all connected?

Basically you'll have never have done the what-if since your path was already predetermined by your actions in a past life? And the film goes on to show how that can be changed?
That was a pretty bad trailer in my opinion, a load of action and romance while telling me absolutely nothing about what the film is about.

If you did watch Run Lola Run there were always small inconsistencies within the time frame, knowledge and events were carried over. To be honest I've never read the book but I understand the idea of this.
Yes it is showing how you're changing actions from your past life/past lives, that's why there's the letters and that's why characters are recognizing each other in later iterations of time lines.
Perhaps I'm just placing bets but how the fuck can you not understand any of it.
This trailer is a huge clusterfuck of hippie magic, I don't know what I just watched.

This looks excellent. I'm really excited to see how the final product plays out. If it's done well, it'll be a modern-day epic. It's not that hard to follow, really - it's a story about the interconnectivity of human life. It looks like it'll follow the souls (for lack of a better term?) of a few people throughout history, going from the far past to a post-apocalyptic future.
Shit's going to be so cash. I'll have to read the book and see how the two compare.

In a world with no laws, the planets are being pillaged by space vikings. There lies a secret to a swords fathers maker who knows the identity of a serial killer. And the oil rig with the crypt of Mammingdalafalafal lies. And loved where it happens as.. Space Oden! Blood Ocean!
at least it has Tom Hanks. If the movie has him it's bound to be half way decent.
Will probably spoil a bit about the movie, but it's based off a novel, so for you guys who are confused about it; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cloud_Atlas_(novel)
Looks cool. I'm gonna want to watch it.
Holy shit how long is this movie gonna be
according to imdb, 164 minutes

Story A is about to be concluded when main character B observes it. movie now jumps to B. So on to story F, when it is actually concluded, then E is concluded, so on and so on
Lots of pretty sights, not a lot of exposition. I hope they movie fares better than this trailer, because reading the synopsis of the book, it sounds pretty wonderful.
this movie looks about as long as all three of the Matrix's combined
and yet, less than 2 1/2 hours

Looks like an entire TV series.
