I mean in the uk, most cinema's/theaters before the movie starts have a warning/statement about turning your phones off or to not use them in the theater at all
what's DSP?
what's DSP?
It's a Digital Signal Processor, usually used to measure and process continous analog signals into a digital signal.
My home town is getting an Alamo Draft house pretty soon. We have two theaters and they are both infested with shit lords. It's impossible to watch a new movie at night time. The only way to not have people ruin your movie is to go 2 weeks after it's released at like 10am on a Tuesday.

"No snacking"
Fucking dropped
Why would I go to see a movie without bringing snacks?
The theater (pr team) is being an incredible dick by posting that video.
That just smells of "oh look we are special we don't allow texters we are not like other theaters the girl evem said it".
Two things come to mind. First is that it's fake, a PR stunt.
Second, if she really was just trying to find her seat I can't blame her.
Whatever happened it seems like she got thrown out without warning.
I don't like this video or the theater. Only teen pop stars and shia lebouf can make such edgy cringeworthy ads, a serious business should't fall so low.
lol either be respectful to people who actually enjoy watching films orrrr you can just instead go to your local mall rathole theater and listen to crying babies, cell phone conversations, retard teenagers and see distracting lights from the people in front of you
you are the exact kind of person the Alamo does not want to serve, so good job. people who actually like films can do without you
also if you listen to the recording her story goes from using her phone light to find her seat to texting (but not bothering anyone I swear)
not talking, not texting, not using your phone are 3 simple rules. if someone can't follow simple rules for basic common courtesy then I really can't say I have any sympathy for them.
I'll never understand this mentality that some Americans have where they say things like, "You can't arrest me, I'm an American citizen." I don't know how people like that can exist in this world. Absolute dropkicks, the lot of them.

He meant more along the lines of snack quietly, because it can be pretty annoying when someone is snacking loudly through an entire film.
Still, it a business laughing at a person for advertisement. Unprofessional.
Can't the woman sue them for using her speech in an ad? One of the reasons I think its fake.
sue for what exactly

No snacking is the same is no texting essentially. Nobody cares if you do it, but if they notice you're doing it then you've fucked up.
