Can someone make a video response so he can face the facts.
All his videos are about Cod being better

You can see the pepperoni on his face
I say we are better then them, because, well I don't know why so have a stupid face instead.
Or CoD is for people who like CoD and BF3 is for people who like Battlefield.
But no, let's keep making sweeping generalizations about groups of people who play games. Clearly everyone in CoD has ADD and is a bastard, where everyone in Battlefield is a tactical genius
It's funny how you read between the lines so well.
The point I was pointing out was the fact that all the guy in the video says about CoD is "No respawn time, small maps, constant action etc.." and all he says about BF3 is "Too big maps, too long respawn time, too many campers, too much everything"
He doesn't bring a single intelligent argument on the table.
Battlefield "strategy" has devolved into running at a box for 20 minutes hoping the defending team is really awful. Tactics indeed.
objective truths
I cant stand the accent.
i like cod better.
I'm glad he likes Call of Duty better, the Battlefield community is better off without kids like this, it's what makes Battlefield games better.
CoD-series suck. The only good ones where CoD 2 and CoD 4.
objective truths
Can you counter that statement? I don't think you can. From 1942 up until 2142 I could buy that "tactics and strategy" were a part of Battlefield games. I distinctly remember talking to people in my squad about holding here, attacking there, putting people on AA, telling people to go destroy commander assets. In the recent years however, my example is about as strategic and tactical as it gets. I am hoping that changes again with BF3, but I ain't holding my breath.
the guys face looks retarded
i don't play either games so i won't take any sides, i just like watching people argue about which game they think is best.
and the first war game i ever played was Medal of Honor for the ps1
ArmA III > BF3 > MW3
just sayin
If he didn't talk, and just made the facial expressions, you'd be able to tell exactly what hes saying.
also, there are 6 Battlefield games.
ArmA III > BF3 > MW3
just sayin
ArmA 3 can't really be compared to BF3 or MW3 because it's not going to be a shooter.
UT, BF, HL, all day erry day
Point he is making:
CoD: Made for people who have ADD or are otherwise impatient little bastards.
BF3: Made for people who actually want to use tactics and strategies.
Nice job.
CoD isn't even that fast paced compared to UT IMHO
you know what? fuck, even UT99 makes CoD look a bit boring any day, I put low gravity on, rocket launchers, open area, its insane with even a single enemy
I hate the ranking system, I love the feel of everyone being equals on a playing field and being able to get whatever anyone else can get. In CoD someone that is shit at the game could have far more than someone who isn't, like rocketlaunchers and ak47's, they're putting a RPG style system of sorts into an online FPS game which I find unfair, you have to devote time to get things, not simply run up in the map and grab them and go.
ArmA 3 can't really be compared to BF3 or MW3 because it's not going to be a shooter.
they're all games with modern combat settings
that's how I see it
Or CoD is for people who like CoD and BF3 is for people who like Battlefield.

Which is funny because for the last couple of years, Battlefield "strategy" has devolved into running at a box for 20 minutes hoping the defending team is really awful. Tactics indeed.
I could see your point, if the alpha wasn't a corridor shooter in and of itself.
Not to mention the fact that BF3 requires a lot more teamwork, something that a lot of people don't like. CoD, as an arena shooter, allows individual skill to make more of an impact in games.
Wish schools taught critical thinking skills these days, folks don't know how to separate objective truths from subjective opinion :(
I understand just fine what subjective and objective mean. But nothing you've said so far had anything to do with "factual objectivity". I figure it's a given that what I'm saying is my opinion and not seen by me as universal law, so I don't think I have to say "unless anyone disagrees with me, which is cool cause everyone has their own opinion".
And how is the alpha a corridor shooter? In the subway area maybe, but outside I thought the environments were big enough, at least for rush. I'm not certain that Conquest maps will be bigger, but it seems like a safe bet. But yeah I guess in a sense rush is the "corridor shooter" of the new Battlefield games, but the outside areas are still quite a bit larger than actual arena-based shooters. And also you pinpoint doing good in CoD to "individual skill", and I would moreso narrow it down to being in the right place at the right time looking the right way, knowing the levels (and knowing where to camp), and being good at one thing which is twitch-based shooting. Doesn't matter if someone's good or not, if they come up behind you in one of CoD's chaotic arena-like levels, they're gonna kill you with one click of a button, and given the random spawn system that's going to happen a lot unless you know the safest corner to run and crouch in.
IMO knowing how to work with a team requires more "skill" than being able to point at what you see really fast. Twitch-aiming is a concept I learned back when I was 10 years old and I played Quake 1 on dial-up. I guess what I'm saying is that I enjoy games more when there's more than once facet of skill in them, as opposed to just one thing everyone tries to get good at. And it's not like I never do good in CoD, I can do a lot better on the PC version of Black Ops than on the Xbox (balls to console FPS controls), but I just don't find it that fun. But yeah, that's me, not you.
I cringed throughout the entire video. Just by the title it was obvious what game he was a fan of. I almost punched through my pc after he said it was the third Battlefield game (it is the tenth if you include Battlefield heros and Battlefield 2: Modern Combat) and when he said Battlefield was stealing from CoD despite the fact that Battlefield has been around for a couple years longer. I swear I heard my friend screaming at his house when this guy said the graphics looked the same. Don't get me wrong, I love(d) CoD. I still play CoD 2 and 4. The problem was that they never really improved anything. Nowadays the only reason I play any of the new CoD games is for the campaign. I seriously hope Modern Warfare 3 will live up to CoD4 but I'm going to wait until the price drops and I see the reviews before I actually get it. With Battlefield, it is becoming my new mainstay for the FPS games because it is a ton of fun to play as a team with the option of lone wolfing it instead of just trying to get overpowered perks and killstreaks every game. Covering a friend's car with C4 and making him drive to the enemy base, blow up the C4, and watch him come out unharmed after taking out a tank is probably my favorite thing to do in a BC2 game. I just can't find a way to replicate that friend gameplay in CoD.
In conclusion, I hope MW3 will live up to the claim of being like CoD4 but BF has won me over.

One of the video comments-
"you sound like obama with the random pauses in your speech.* the ironic part is that you are just as annoying as obama"

" "Well the graphics look better than modern warfare 3!" Do they? In my opinion they look the same."
Oh boy.

Wait what the fuck this thread has been bumped?
I HAVE BEEN TRICKED
He is a troll.
I almost punched through my pc
Dumb bump, also you and your friend have serious anger issues you should work out.
This thread shouldn't be bumped, leave it to die.
Take the discussion to the Battlefield 3 thread and get bombarded by clocks instead.
Seriously, don't post.
Fuck him! Hes an asshole! Fuck killerdeath20 hes a faggot that fag.
What a response:

HIS EYES ARE SO WIDESET OH GOD ITS SO HORRIFYING.
As completely retarded as this is, he has ONE point. BF and CoD are basically the same game over and over. You run around and shoot people. Period. But comparing BF, a slow-paced game, to CoD, a fast-paced game.. it only causes flaming and unjust arguments.
What multiplayer game isn't the same thing over and over though.
