I did the same thing with the hammer, except I cut everything out by wildly flailing various scalpels and the saw around his ribcage.

How do you get the new heart properly in place. I cleared out the entire cavity, including the old heart, and tossed the new one in the same spot, but the poor fellow still ran out of blood and died.

I had trouble removing the old heart with the scalpel, got the two arteries, but theres one hidden in the back, i didnt know, so i tried grabbing the saw but it was launched into an orbital trajectory.
Then i got angry, punched a beaker and cut it out with the fucking shards. Replaced heart.

I tried to play it seriously but I could not for the life of me get the heart to come out. I tried cutting off all the vessels and shit but the heart keeps pumping and it still won't come out.
