I helped make a game for the GGJ too and I'm pretty proud of it but damn, this just blows everything out of the water.

I managed to take out a lung before breaking the ribs. Then took out half of the ribs using a tray. Then tried taking out the heart without cutting the arteries, and while bending, my arm turned into an eldritch abomination possessed by a gmod spirit, flailing around, bending and stretching, but without taking it out.
Love the physics in this game.

They should expand on this for the Steam version, where you have to perform other operations such as brain surgery, or deliver a baby, or a colonoscopy. Ooh, and with 2 player co-op with the other player controlling the other hand.

Since they only had 48 hours to put this together they still have a shitload of ideas
