I loved CoD4 honestly. I don't think a game will ever make as much of an impact on me, as MW1 did. And It's funny to see all the GOOD frag videos from CoD are MW1, since MW2 was supposed to be the one about skill and competition. And it fell right on its face.
Too bad CoD4 is riddled with infected hackers, and Halo 2 is now stuck on Vista. RIP Halo 2 and CoD4

This.
In a way, the constant jumping onto COD4's bandwagon that was done in the wake of its success dampened what a legitimately brilliant game it was. It's like GTA 4 - the near-constant snarking that you see nowadays belies the fact that it was a supremely enjoyable game.
CoD 4 is definitely a great game, MW2 however is far more difficult to enjoy because how unbalanced and rushed it is.

Looking back at CoD4 it's like "Holy Fuck... activision had its hands on this? NO WAY"

Actually Activision didn't want a call of duty in recent warfare. According to them it didn't make any sense even though polls said people DID want such a game. All they wanted is another world war 2 sequel.
Which explains World At War, which iirc came in-between CoD4 and MW2, and was developed by Treyarch instead of IW.
This bloke better have a job in editing or animation or something otherwise its a massive waste of talent.
I've seen stuff by these guys before. Despite only sticking to CoD4 frag movies, they do some really high quality animation.
