I won't be a posing liar and say "yeah I can play scarfied by racer-x", I can't and shit if I won't admit that. Practice makes perfect and I follow that, what I can't do now I hopefully will be able to do later.

Don't worry about the other guys maor, it sounds rad and it's cool that you are actually trying to write your own stuff, got to start somewhere!

You have potential sir. You just need to write something a little more...interactive, I should say. Through the whole video you looked somewhat bored with what you were doing. And that's not a good sign. It's to simple, to easy. And as said before, it sounds generic. Its almost as if I've heard it before. You did played what you wrote well, but just try writing something a little more, "unusual." Give us something new. Try a different tuning, or better yet, try to make your own tuning. /constructive criticism.

As some people said, reminded me of E1M1 from Doom 1. Not that that's a bad thing, I like it a lot.

I have to agree it's pretty generic. Playing a bunch of power chords with a few fills in Drop D doesn't create too much of a great composition. At some point I was expecting slightly more intricate licks that would branch off from the initial riffs, but that same riff just kept repeating itself with a few minor variations. Play around with different scales and timings. I just tried to play a small bit of your riff and added a little diminished scale fill and it fit really well. Thought I think the most important thing right now is that you have fun and if you're going around posting your stuff you need to accept others' criticism, constructive or not.
