I doubt the LSD would still work after you put it in the pie tbh. It denatures very easily.

Always love these Stuart-Barry food collabs. Hell, Barry could do with more subscribers.
Also I can definitely relate to "grit" and meatballs, since I've been eating supermarket value brand meatballs recently, and most times when I tuck into a bowl I tend to bite down on a little speck of processed crushed bone "grit" in at least one of the meatballs. Not a ghastly experience mind you, just vaguely unpleasant.

Ugh, my most dreaded thing when it comes to food (that's not eating something bizarre or obscene) is getting a crunch in food that should not have crunch. It's mostly with weak cheddar, the kind that just crumples into dust if you try to grate it.

Man I can totally relate to gritty cheddar. Been a long time since I've had a cheese and pickle sandwich, but I still recall a few where the cheese felt slightly gritty between my teeth.
Still, I'd take that over beans or peas any day of the week. Except for edamame beans, those are alright, and make for a decent substitute in a shepherd's pie if you prep them right.
