Before I knew who Chris-Chan was, I was an overweight, pathetic loser 15 year old with no optimism at all. I couldn't see more than a week into my future, and didn't have any hope that my life would turn around. But then I discovered the archive of his videos. As I gazed upon this acne faced, overweight, creepy weirdo, I realized: Compared to him, I'm not that bad. Within weeks of discovering him, I signed myself up at the local 24 Hour Fitness and work out for a reasonable amount of hours every week, and have dropped from 190 pounds to 165 since then. Thank you Chris Chan, you've made my life much more bearable.
