You're proposing the idea to take away something some people find interesting. If we hadn't recorded that bank job shoot out our only recollection would be a piece of text and what someone told us. I find it necessary.
how about record it but dont put it on fox news live with loads of COOL TEXT and EXPLOSIONS with a live EXCITING COMMENTARY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hf2JVIdh2eU YEAH LETS WATCH SOMEONE GET CHASED AND SHOOT THEMSELVES LIVE

Same applies with car chases and live crimes.
i hope i don't have to explain the moral differences between football and a double rape and homicide to you [editline]29th September 2012[/editline]
Take sports broadcasting for example. It's a less violent case of crime broadcasting. You're watching this sport and all of a sudden someone gets knocked out or a bone broken or even a heart attack. It's not like that's expected; it just happens. Do they stop broadcasting everything because that happened? No, because people are interested in sports.
fuckin really broadcasting sports isn't even remotely comparable to broadcasting crime for the sole reason that broadcasting sports doesn't encourage and glorify horrific acts of violence and destruction [editline]29th September 2012[/editline]
You're proposing the idea to take away something some people find interesting. Get off what?
Get off what?
The live feed.

(Hint: they don't.) Hardly any of the time is a crime preformed just because they saw it on T.V. There's a reason people rob banks. There's a reason people steal cars. They don't do it because they saw it on T.V. The reason I used sports broadcasting is because you act like whatever someone watches on T.V. that they're going to do it.
he's proposing not broadcasting something that perpetuates a crime culture and glorifies/idolizes criminals. sorry if your life is so desolate that not being able to watch people kill themselves and others on live tv is a serious problem for you, but i think its worth taking away your favorite tv show if it means avoiding a crime culture in the united states
This might be one the dumbest things you've ever said. Please, count the THOUSANDS of times that someone has committed suicide and it has broadcasted on live television. I don't watch the news to see people kill themselves; news is important or noteworthy events. Here, 9/11 is a fantastic example. Many broadcasters were streaming the event live and you could see people jumping off buildings and falling to their death. Please tell me how it was so unnecessary to bring attention what was currently happening when 9/11 was in progress.
the only recollection would have been a recording of the incident that was never broadcast to a public full of wannabe bank robbers now invigorated by the idea that their delusional fantasy might be possible
With that logic, we shouldn't allow video games to be even sold. They include violence; that means that every person who's going to play it is going to fantasize about murdering everyone!! (P.S.: The only people watching these things are normally adults. They're fully developed to the point where they don't even have those type of thoughts. Moderation is better than getting rid of it entirely.)
I'm glad I'm not bothered too much of seeing these kinds of things but it is gruesome and terrible to look at. I had someone sent me some links to photos of a girl with her limbs cut off.
Oh you have one of those friends too that send pictures of mutilated rape victims to all their friends and families?
Yeah. I felt bad for the girl. She wasn't that bad looking but her boyfriend thought she was cheating apparently was the story behind the pictures.
Yeah. I felt bad for the girl. She wasn't that bad looking but her boyfriend thought she was cheating apparently was the story behind the pictures.
Wait her boyfriend thought she was cheating so he cut her fucking limbs off?
Wait her boyfriend thought she was cheating so he cut her fucking limbs off?
I think she was involved in the Cartel.
I think she was involved in the Cartel.
How old? And was she still alive?
How old? And was she still alive?
Apparently I'm CSI now. it was just a few gruesome pictures. My friend told me information and whether that is realiable or not I don't know. She looked in her 20s and she had no limbs. She was naked. Had a nice bod but she had a piercing on her vagina and it looked like she hasn't shaved in about 2-3 days. It looked like a desert-like atmosphere with sand and shitty buildings but the pictures were all close ups. I told you all I know.
If they're creating a 5 second delay just so they can edit the feed then it isn't live. Pisses me off when they cut all the good parts out of live tv just because they see something they don't like.
