After all the service packs Vista became pretty useable, I'm on it every day at work and I rarely have problems.
What the fuck Microsoft? Didn't XP support end only a few years ago?
Mainstream support. It's on schedule, and it's been Microsoft policy since at least XP's release (actually I think it's longer back, but I'm not gonna check). Nothing to worry about.
What the fuck Microsoft? Didn't XP support end only a few years ago?
It just means 7 will only be getting critical and important updates for security and stability. Any feature related ones will no longer be released. Its got another 5 years before its at Windows XP status.
Back when vista came out i tried it and it was so bad i didn't downgrade to XP, i downgraded to windows 2000 pro. Nowadays it's a completely different beast, runs loads better.

As I ran updates to get it up to SP2, it became noticeably faster and more stable. :v:

After SP2, Vista's not bad, even on modest hardware.
Are there anymore like this, Big Bill's Hell, and Son of Spam? I love these kind of videos.
