Hey, any of you guys know of some really funny/cheesy games that use FMV? I really really enjoyed playing through Psychic Detective, and I'd love to do some more FMV games, they're so charming and awesome!
Phantasmagoria 1 and 2, Urban Runner, Terror TRAX: Track of the Vampire, Riana Rouge, and Ripper come to mind. There are also games like Gabriel Knight 2 and Black Dahlia, but they aren't too cheesy.
FMVs Beyond Zork Zork Nemesis Zork Grand Inquisitor Zork Nemesis had a large budget at the time, 3.5 million.
Warhammer Final Liberation has some rad (cheesy) costumes and acting in FMV cutscenes.

Riana Rouge is also an "erotic" game.
Harvester is the greatest FMV game on earth.
Harvester is the greatest FMV game on earth.
It's great but I don't think it counts, since it's intentionally off/weird.
Surprised there's yet to be a video on Dinopark Tycoon

I really really enjoyed playing through Psychic Detective, and I'd love to do some more FMV games, they're so charming and awesome! Other than that, hope you guys like the video!! I'm really trying to release more content, specifically Originals. Trying to worry less and just make stuff for fun like I did way back when. I think I got a bit bogged down by focusing on the analytics side of YouTube. Also I'm still plotting my return to streaming! I'm also about to move, and I think not having a roommate anymore will help encourage me to stream again. It's really weird streaming or recording lines knowing there's someone else in the apartment that can totally hear what you're doing haha. Anyway, hope you guys have all been doing well!
Cheesy FMV? All the C&C games, of course!
When is Moose going to review Lego Island 3? I need Pepper Roni in my life
Cheesy FMV? All the C&C games, of course!
While C&C has some amazingly bad FMVs, it isn't really a FMV game in the vein of Psychic Detective
Harvester is the greatest FMV game on earth.
I got to admit, Harvester is probably the first game I think of when I think of delightfully cheesy and weird FMV games. It is pretty damn twisted as far as FMV games go, not as bad as Phantasmagoria though. It's like a stereotype '50s Americana got mashed together with a overly gory B-movie.
When is Moose going to review Lego Island 3? I need Pepper Roni in my life
IIRC he had to order the PS2 version online because the PC version wouldn't work on his PC.

I think he's referring to Island Extreme Stunts, not that fanmade game called Lego Island 3.

I'm back!! And WOW you guys really delivered on the list of FMV games. I'm definitely going to look into everything listed here for more of that sweet, sweet FMV! Hope you guys like the new video. The game was a little bare bones, but the FMV was too funny to not show off.
When is Moose going to review Lego Island 3? I need Pepper Roni in my life
I actually do have two copies of it now, Durrsly was right. I have it on my calendar, it should get covered this year! I'm strategically timing a few of my future episodes, and that's one of them.
Night Trap is the ultimate cheesy FMV game. Just, try to get an emulator.
Night Trap is kind of the FMV game, though, I feel like there's enough out there about the game already. I probably won't cover it. Maybe a stream some time though? It'd be fun to try.
Hey Moose, Fallout 4 got announced earlier today! Any thoughts?
I'm not big on RPGs, but I'm pretty excited to watch streams of it. I've enjoyed watching friends play the series.
