This looks pretty fun in all honesty, but I am just not going to give EA $80 (or $100 for "Deluxe" edition), for a game ever again. Prices were down to $50-60 as the standard for awhile, and I don't agree with them being back to $80 with the state that games are released in these days.
and the crew's fucking wank garbage random car part system
and they all ripped it off from Test Drive Unlimited 2 scrap finds
I haven't played a NFS game since carbon
Tbh the only thing I really like about NFS like games is the customisation
This looks like it'll add a lot, hopefully it's on PS4, I don't know what platform games are on anymore.
Don't look too bad, but I'm not pre-ordering like they want me to.
i am a man of simple taste : i see a car, i like
NFS 2015 wasn't that bad, but I'm probably saying this because I got it for like 15 bucks. Had I paid full price for it, I'd have asked for a refund.
The driving really felt like you were on rails unless you disabled all assists (and even then, something still felt off), and apparently it was set in a city where the sun never rises and the rain never stops.
I'm not very enthusiastic. NFS 2015 was a huge disappointment to me. The customization was underwhelming. Lots of cars don't even have bodykits and only let you customize the basic stuff (colors, decals, performance and wheels) and those who do have only one or two things to choose.
The game always somehow felt empty and soulless. The story is mediocre and while it looks fantastic, exploring the city isn't very fun, unlike what we had with NFSU2 and NFSMW.
Oh, and rubberband AI. This alone is a no no. If your racing game uses rubberband AI, it sucks. Period.
