Couldn't use a helicopter the blades would hit the tower.
I'd be wearing a parachute.

This, after a while you realise that if you fall you die, and when you're really high up, the ground doesn't seem like a real surface, it feels like it's a skybox or something.
They better be DAMN sure those handholds are attached well.
EDIT- Also even if those safety cables are meant to hold you on if you slip, it would still be scary as shit to be suspended suddenly...
