I'm not crying YOU'RE CRYING
Foxes are so adorable. Rest in peace.
It's best that when they go they go quick. My 8 year old guinea pig in the last months lost more and more muscle control while still having extremely good eyes and awareness. That was the first guinea pig we had to put down.
Yeah guinea pigs are what I had in mind.
My girlfriend had to have one put down quite suddenly a few weeks ago. A few weeks before his cheek started swelling up and after a treatment of antibiotics it wasn't getting better, so the vet syringed it and it was a huge relief when they said 'oh its just a hematoma, if we drain it now it should get better', it basically kept swelling up every time they drained it.
He seemed fine most of the time even with swelling, but it got worse to the point he stopped eating because half his mouth was closed up and we had to syringe feed hmi, then it was just the space of a few days where he lost tons of weight (Down to 500g) and even syringe feeding him all day for days using that special mix food for recovering pets we couldn't get him to put any more weight on so they couldn't sedate him and he was just so weak and seemed like he had given up himself so it was decided to not keep him suffering.
He was only like 1 years old, and his brother died last summer. One day he was happy as larry, then in the night we found him unresponsive. Took him to the vets and turns out he had a twist in his intestines and there was nothing they could do, was literally 12 hours from him being totally fine to passing away.

He looks so peaceful in his sleep. Now I'm gonna look all red an puffy-eyed when I go to the theaters this morning. Damn it I didn't need this!
Just thought i'd post this here, RonRon's owner is a furry, so excuse the link.

You won't miss anything if you don't click it, this is the exact same song as the one used in the original video.
I remember when his videos were first posted. Was the sweetest thing ever... Cried a little, I'll admit. RIP, friend.

I hate foxes, but it's never nice to see an animal die.
I heard about this. It made me stupidly sad. That fox was too damn cuuuuute.

Anyone I know who even remotely knows someone who owns a fox as a pet is a furry, so this comes as no surprise. Most people still see foxes as pests.

You can own a pet fox without being a furry like you can own a pet dog without being a furry.
That being said, this guy was a bit on the creepy end but it's a little saddening seeing someone's pet die.
