Attributes aren't really gone, they've just been converted into perks, instead of getting to 100 strength you increase your stamina every level and pick a perk that increases weapon damage or gives you special attacks, it makes it a lot more interesting and complex compared to attributes.
And skills are still in the game, where the fuck did you hear that they were removed?
I never said all skills were removed, only that they have yet again deleted some of em.
They only removed pointless skills like Mysticism, ones that no one even fucking used in Oblivion.
Not the point. Fact is they remove things, when they should be improving things.
Game looks fun.
But I still don't understand how games still suffer from issues with bodies clipping into things. For example in that video when he sliced one of the NPC's necks the head fell into his arm. You would think some company somewhere would have fixed that stuff by now.
By bodies I generally mean the player's body during animations. But any animation even with NPCs tends to do the same.
Maybe I'm the only person who gets annoyed by this.
Oh god dragons can travel in groupe.
Fuck that man, I'd squat in a corner and train on Giant Rats until I get to level 9 billion.

Removing cancer improves your health.
Removing pointless skills improves functionality.

No, you're wrong!
They should have added thousands of skills. Like running on snow skill, running on dirt skill, running on roads skill, running up hill skill, running down hill skill, running on level terrain skill, and thats just the start.

Yeah, you're right. What was I thinking.
Gotta cancel my preorder due to lack of skills.
Man, I want to re-download oblivion just so I can play it until Skyrim comes out.
Hey, I had to run off real quick so I typed it up and hit reply without checking what I wrote :(.
I'm still a bit confused about the system requirements saying 6GB of HDD space.
You cant put so much awesomeness in only 6GB, except if you have a great way of compressing shit.
Elbows on the models are too point.
Would not buy.
Seriously though its sad that the game is less than 10 days from release and people are still incredibly ignorant about a lot of what has happened to the gameplay and why.

Anyone notice this?
The video crashed my computer
I didn't say that. I just think it's silly that everyone is saying that they're doing a horrible job with this game when they don't know much about how complicated it must be to do a game like that. I think the game looks nice and will probably be very enjoyable experience even if the textures are occasionaly blurry and the animations could use some work.
And everyone is also implying that the graphics should be out of this world, because they have a "new" engine now. Howards said himself that this isn't a NEW engine, because they didn't build one from scratch. They just took bits and pieces from the old engine and made some changes and added new stuff to it and then it became a "new" engine, because it had really no resemblance to the old engine. Bottom line is that this is still more or less Gamebryo no matter what they call it.
You can still see the Gamebyro, but to be fair it's come a long way from Oblivion. It's not like I could even run Skyrim on the lowest settings anyway with my current computer, so graphics don't matter to a poor man.
I love downloading things obviously too.
:v:
I'm downloading oblivion right now as well.
on steam

They said "Go back to the chess club nerd". SEE WHO'S LAUGHING NOW?.... Yeah I was in the chest club."
Jesus I was in fits
I just want an morrowind remake, with oldschool rpg elements.
I'm genuinely depressed that I'm going to be playing this on xbox. Back in march, when I pre-ordered it, I thought that by now, I'd have a better computer.
Hah.
Another one guys,
