Shed a tear when it showed the picture of the dog laying beside it's owners casket.
Gonna miss 2011
2:43 High five kid!I killed your dad!
My heart skipped when i saw Ryan Dunn. :(
Good and sad year.
Lol'd that they put the "dad I'm gay" thing in.
That was very moving. Also a brilliant advertisement for Google.
Lol'd that they put the "dad I'm gay" thing in.
It represents the repeal of DADT, which is a major step for basic human rights for gays.
The view counter* used to update regulary, but then it took an arrow to the knee.
Every time I read one of these dumb comments I want to reach through my computer screen and wring their fucking neck.
That was rather touching Although I did see a great number of people who I did not know that died. I don't know if I should feel bad. And wow, they have that really sly picture of lulzec at 2:16. I didn't think this year was that important until I saw this video. Pretty cool.

The photo of that soldier high fiving that kid would be an awesome desktop wallpaper.
I'm still waiting for JibJab's year end review. Edit: I just realized that "Alpha as Fuck" got in there.
For their faults, I do and always will love google. All of those homeworks/funfacts/etc. they've ever helped me with. But on topic, the Ryan Dunn part made me shed tears
why did they show the Royal wedding but not the London riots?
Do they really think that the massacre in Norway wasn't an important and horrible event this year? It's only shown in one picture for a short part of a second near the end of the video. However it's a great video and really shows that this year was pretty damn eventful.
So many awesome people have died this year. God fucking damn it. Rest in peace Cory Smoot you magnificent bastard....
They should've waited and added more science maybe.
2011 was seriously a fucking amazing year What shocks me is that the Japanese earthquake happened this year. Seems so long ago now [editline]15th December 2011[/editline] I think there's a year every decade that defines what that decade is going to be like and 2011 was one of them For the 2000s it was 2001, with maybe some 03/04 in there too [editline]15th December 2011[/editline]
why did they show the Royal wedding but not the London riots?
They flash that picture of the old guy who lost his shop in the riots near the end of the video
2011 seems like one of the longest years we'll have in a long time. And no, I don't mean that in the literal sense. SO much happened this year it is overwhelming, even in my personal life.
Wow they even remembered Golden Radio voice guy.
It represents the repeal of DADT, which is a major step for basic human rights for gays.
I understand that, it still made me laugh.
That was very moving. Also a brilliant advertisement for Google.
It's certainly working, I have more respect for them now. To be honest, Google is possibly the most honest of the 'mega'-companies. I think it comes with the job description though, since their revenue relies directly on being open.
Woah holy crap, it's already been a year since the last one? It feels like I watched it just a month ago.. Here's 2010 if anybody's interested.
Pity they've done it this early,Hitchens death should have been included...
I don't know if it's been a good year, considering the riots, tsunami, there's been a lot of hardship. But for some reason it feels "hopeful". It feels like a transition.
BF3 is number 5 in search rise.
Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet
Super touching.
