A part of me thinks they purposely make mcnuggets hella fucking dry so they can shift all that ketchup, bbq and coke
A part of me thinks they purposely make mcnuggets hella fucking dry so they can shift all that ketchup, bbq and coke
chicken mcnuggets i got today were not dry at all.
I always find McNuggets to be kinda under cooked. That's why I take them home and microwave them, FUCKING DELICIOUS
I buy the 20 pc ones for 5 dollars and eat the whole thing so much shame
I literally pound down 20 pieces like no one's business. Fucking 5 dollars for a delicious ensemble of chicken nuggets with as much sweet and sour as i can carry? Count me in literally the best stoner snack
remind me what the difference would be between growing chicken and growing chicken protien in a tank? i mean the end result is still a chicken mcnugget(tm), but one uses a chicken, the other uses a tank
A part of me thinks they purposely make mcnuggets hella fucking dry so they can shift all that ketchup, bbq and coke
You got them on an off day. I've probably eaten an upwards of 80-120 20 pieces over the last year (fuck you mang i aint got no shame) and I honestly can say that it all depends on the day. Some days they're juicy as fuck, and some days its like "meh these are not as great as i wanted them to be". thank god for sweet and sour [editline]10th December 2014[/editline]
remind me what the difference would be between growing chicken and growing chicken protien in a tank? i mean the end result is still a chicken mcnugget(tm), but one uses a chicken, the other uses a tank
It's evil and unnatural and bad for u!!
It's evil and unnatural and bad for u!!
ya but think of how cheap a 20 piece mcnugget would be if meat was grown in a tank rather than a farm not that we shouldn't still have farms, but meat's gotta be made somehow, and industrial livestock is already a disgusting, horrible area where animals are bread by the thousands to make meat, it all takes food and land to make that
dude if i could get a 20 piece for say 3 bucks id fucking get FAT
Hey Mcdonalds actually replied to some of the comments. Not the hateful ones of course but some of the questions that people who are reasonable asked.
They have a really well run and respectable PR department.
I told my teacher about a documentary called "Fat Head", which I saw on Netflix which completely debunked supersizeme. And she didn't follow up on it. If you haven't seen it I would tell you to go watch it, it's even on youtube for free I think now. It's a very logical and informative documentary.
My high school showed "Supersize Me" as a part of health class curriculum. I really wonder if it ever got around to really any school that it was actually sensationalist bullshit or if they still show it annually. I've been meaning to watch "Fat Head."
So how is this different from eating Monkey heads in India? Like, sure it's by a different name, but so what? They eat weird shit, we'll eat weird shit while pretending it isn't.
A part of me thinks they purposely make mcnuggets hella fucking dry so they can shift all that ketchup, bbq and coke
All that free ketchup and bbq sauce, yeah man that must be it.
So how is this different from eating Monkey heads in India? Like, sure it's by a different name, but so what? They eat weird shit, we'll eat weird shit while pretending it isn't.
how is that relevant at all?
These videos never attack the actual anti-fast-food arguments, just the 'ew it looks icky when it's uncooked' one. Fast food is bad because it's shit quality ingredients loaded down with sodium/sugar and you can eat vastly better for the same money preparing similar food yourself, where you're not subject to the assembly fees associated with paying a bunch of teenagers to put the food together. Of course people can say 'well I'm just too busy to cook for myself', but they really have no idea how fast you can make a meal if you're not going out and buying new ingredients for every single one. You can make a good meal faster than you can pass through a fast food place's drive through, and that's not exaggeration.
Why would I trust a video from McDonalds saying McDonalds isn't bad?
There's never any sort of "its not bad" message pushed in these at all and I honestly don't think you've watched any of the videos if you think that they go for that message. These videos purely exist to disprove those ridiculous urban legends about their food with the pink slime and all that bullshit.
I buy the 20 pc ones for 5 dollars and eat the whole thing so much shame
Ive finished a 40pc by myself once. Step it up
Ive finished a 40pc by myself once. Step it up
normally i dont get worked up over shit like this but nuggies are my thing ill take any of you guys on in a nugget eating challenge, i cannot be stopped
normally i dont get worked up over shit like this but nuggies are my thing ill take any of you guys on in a nugget eating challenge, i cannot be stopped
name the time and place bro i'll fite you loser pays

Every step of the way they're reminding you "this is the same meat you saw just before". This is also suggesting this is how they always did things, which isn't necessarily true. I don't eat at McDonalds unless I'm drunk, so it's not like I care much, but you have to realise that you're watching a commercial.
I'm honestly more interested in knowing why Grant Imahara is leaving Myth Busters ):
name the time and place bro i'll fite you loser pays
One day we'll make this happen, I fucking swear
how is that relevant at all?
Because people are freaking out about parts in their food that are sort of strange sounding, like putting strange things into their mouths is horrifying and wrong.

I can buy a meal for four at a fast food restaurant for around $30. If I wanted to create a home cooked meal for four that was just as filling, I'd need to drop around $80-$100 on what I need. The same applies to feeding just yourself. I can buy a sandwich for $3.50 and feed only myself, or buy three packs of different sliced meat fresh from a deli for $10 a bag and have a bitchin sandwich. [editline]10th December 2014[/editline] Stop talking about things you don't know about. When mommy and daddy stop buying your food you'll find out.

Jeez, now we just need Tyson to show that they're raising their chickens humanely and I don't have to feel bad about eating fast food. Although the paranoid tinfoil hat part of me fears that they staged the shit out of these and all of the other processing facilities are straight out of our worst industrialized nightmares.
the fuck kinda ingredients do you buy
you obviously haven't tried to feed a party of 4+ preparing a big dish is incredibly expensive, not to mention the time it takes is substantial. Sometimes nugs are just the better route to take
the fuck kinda ingredients do you buy
I think the dude is putting gold leaf on his hamburgers or something
The problem with nuggets or McDonalds in general is that it's the most un-filling food ever. I can eat a 20pc nugget sharebox with a big-mac and still get peckish within the next two hours. It's probably intentional however.
you obviously haven't tried to feed a party of 4+ preparing a big dish is incredibly expensive, not to mention the time it takes is substantial.
I bought a just under a weeks worth of dinners for two the other day and it cost me £27. You need to change wherever you are shopping.
Welcome to the prices of food in literally any economy other than America. The reason we're all fat is because healthy food is considerably more expensive than cheaper, shittier alternatives. A bag of lettuce is about three times as much as the cost of a more filling hamburger from a fast food restaurant. [editline]10th December 2014[/editline] In America, it's pretty much this: 1. Live on your own 2. Live a healthy lifestyle Pick only one.
