I really really love how you sometimes match the lyrics up with the costumes, like if green is mentioned green arrow is shown or clown and showing the joker.
Thats something we work hard on - some are more subtle then others depending on the song. For example - the Pacific Rim cosplayer the lyric is about "Lost in the moment"
that Rorschach had some weird lumps on his chest
You sure love your Twixtor OP
not that there's anything wrong with that
Aww hell, I didn't know SneakyZebra had an account here.
Great video. I feel it was too heavy on speedramping but the slowmotion works well to isolate the people. Great camerawork and editing.

We don't use Twixtor, we shot on a FS700 at 100 fps.
There is some mild warping due to a our Flycam rig having a loose part so we had had to do a lot of post stablization

Thanks :)
Still waiting to see Rick and Morty done more, saw a video or someone dressed as Mr Meekseeks
no
that's just generally a lot of cosplayers
thin framed girls with huge teetees

atleast it is here
generally *all the big time cosplayers
One of them shares a popular youtube show with her fiance and the other is a big shot on Deviantart (trying to remember names) and most of their popularity is legitimately just people falling for the titty bait

This one has to be my favorite since you posted it. Music choice is great too.
I came in here expecting fat ugly neckbeards dressing up as naruto, I left incredibly dissapointed.
It's always funny watching these just to see how bad some peoples' cosplay is (and also how good, too). I want to go to Comic Con one of these days.
Awesome as always.
Do you set up any of the scenes or do you just let them do their own thing?
Absolutely love these videos.

A mixture of both, we ask them what their go to poses for photos are and then work out if we can translate it to video. Some times it's a simple shot due to how little time we get but others we can map out something bigger :)

this guy, holy shit
I actually met one of the guys who worked on this at fanime this year.
This costume was a massive team effort and took months to make by several professionals in training
Was that CM Punk at 0:47?
It definitely looked like him.

Cosplay isn't just about perfectly replicating a character, it's about dressing up as someone you like and having fun. Not everyone can afford/have the skills to perfectly replicate something.
I feel like I lose half of the costumes...they're all extremely fucking impressive though.
I always love the crossover costumes. I got really confused when I saw the Dalek!Mario Brothers, but then after looking for a moment it made sense.
Oh my god those girls. Does every nerdy girl have huge tits or something? Jesus. And Jessica Nigri, always hot as fuck.
Padded bras or pushup bras. Pretty sure almost every single one of them has one or the other.
I pity you.
It seems like an experience worth having??
I pity you.
Yeah I pity you for wanting to do something fun, meet cool people with the same interests, and see really interesting panels with other cool events.
Do you even think before you type?
It definitely looked like him.
Yip, he was with the Nerdist crew for most the weekend.
Aw man, that Karl Ruprecht Kroenen cosplay! And John Coffey was spot-on.
The last guy that got "knocked" by the camera, is he by chance Samuel Witwer which voiced Starkiller in Star Wars: Force Unleashed?

Yip, we geeked out meeting him!
So jealous of my friend from San Diego.

That Adeptas Sororitas. I'll be in my throne...

90% of them are probably hired models though.
that guy cosplaying loki at the beginning actually really looks like tom hiddleston
not an uncanny resemblance but same facial structure/features and stuff
I love seeing all the effort people put into their outfits for conventions, especially those for Comic-Con. The dedication of some cosplayers is outstanding and it makes a statement about their craftsmanship (if they made the costume themselves, of course).
