After watching the trailer a few more times the music isn't that bad really, it still doesn't fit the W40K theme very well but it fits in with what's going on with the trailer. It's not as if that's a meme or he's a well know character for saying that thing. There isn't anything that directly links that picture to that quote/how he is at that point, and unless someone can remember pretty much every part he is in Mass Effect there's no way to know what you meant. Other than that video i can't find any mention of his "This is an outrage" quote/Udina over-reacting to everything being popular. I didn't know what genre of music it was, so i just said the same one i'd seen someone else say it was. I think the green is to show it does more damage but fires slower (unless he charged it like in Space Marine, in which case its just to make it look cool)

Music works well; 40k is a pastiche of a lot of different genres and themes, so something other than gothic orchestral music is a nice change. [sp]Plus I'm a sucker for Western desperado themes[/sp]
