I didn't watch the hatreon video but this video was different. It was about nazis picking up a kid and turning him into a nazi except they built mosques and stuff because they were mocking YT. Unless Com Truise'a music was used there too.
Oh whoops I just wasn't paying attention
Practices such as this are horrible ideas You're not just profiting from it but also enabling and spreading it See Alex Jones
Yeah I mean that's the only thing that's stopping me from doing it.
Tbh, I'd much rather the porn artists come together to make their own Patreon clone, that focuses solely on porn. I think it'd be very preferable to see porn on their own dedicated Fapreon, as opposed to seeing porn sitting shoulder to shoulder with the alt-right on Hatreon.
Patreon: "We don't allow NSFW art and porn" *People go to Fapreon, literally half of the money Patreon earns goes away." Patreon: "On second thought...."
Patreon does allow NSFW art and porn though. They just don't allow shit like drawn child porn.
Patreon's stance on porn has always been vague. Their latest community guidelines update had this paragraph in it:
You can’t use Patreon to raise funds in order to produce pornographic material such as maintaining a website, funding the production of movies, or providing a private webcam session.
Which sounds like it's effectively banning the creation of any pornographic content. Which is at odds with several other points of their guidelines, including just two paragraphs above, where they explicitly state they allow "adult" and "sexual" art. But then this paragraph seemingly contradicts that, by saying that they disallow "pornographic material" - and I think most any person would say that "adult", "sexual", and "pornographic" material are all synonyms. However, it appears that sometime in the last week, Patreon slightly amended that paragraph, adding this line:
We define pornographic material as real people engaging in sexual acts such as masturbation or sexual intercourse on camera.
Which makes it more clear that their distinction between "sexual art" and "pornographic material" is that pornographic material is live-action. So, basically, Patreon are okay with drawn / 3d porn (excepting the fringe content they banned), but are not okay with live-action porn. It took them a while to finally clarify that distinction, but at least they did.
Porn in the US has always been under the 'You know when you see it' clause.
Compare and contrast to Germany, where penis angles are regulated :v: (Seriously. You can have full nudity on TV all day as long as there's no erection past a certain angle (or presumably other explicitly sexual content), which banishes it into the late night timeslot.)
