good thing is that everyone has already had so much character development so we can get right into the action and new character interactions and story

I hope he's the half of humanity that doesn't die from the snap, and comes back for revenge in Avengers 4.
In the Ant-Man and the Wasp trailer and the Infinity War prelude comic, we see that after Cap busts the gang out of prison, Hawkeye and Ant-Man go home to their families.
Hawkeye is most likely "retired" in this movie, but we know he's back for at least some part of this one and most likely back full time in Avengers 4.
Ant-Man probably wont appear until after his own movie. He and Wasp will be back for A4.
He's been spotted on set in an outfit that might confirm leaks that he goes Punished "Venom" Hawkeye AKA Ronin cause his wife dies, by Avengers 4.
Honestly, I don't think it's Heimdall either at this point. I do think you're right about Thanos laying waste to the remaining Asgardians, though.
Trailer looks badass but I'm ready for some deaths. I hope they have actual balls and make them permanent. Not sure about you but I think the MCU needs a proper shake.
