With the episodes/scenes that I have seen that are on this list when I was a kid I was never actually scared of them for some reason. I saw them and for me it never phased me one bit. Dunno if that's a weird way to react .
I have a hard time thinking of an Invader Zim episode that wasn't disturbing in some way
This is absolutely one of my top tier favorite episodes
The Ren and Stimpy episode, Hermit Ren, actually gave me recurring nightmares for about a year. Namely when he has that weird acid trip in the cave, and he turns to the mumified bog man and it has his face pasted on it.

I disagree with the Batman TAS clips (Besides the earthguy one), There is soo many more disturbing moments like the clayface/girl absorption scene.
