https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPfIaMK4wQY Sad news, but I understand and respect his decision. I'd be completely burned out if I was in his situation.
I don't blame him. But yeah, atleast we got to liquid chris, best saga
I'm still kinda annoyed youtube took it down because it was bullying The guy making the videos has been very impartial and professional about it.
I'm glad he's committed to making more in 2019. Most of this Chris-Chan stuff was going on back when I mostly just used the internet to watch AVGN and play Neopets and shit, so I kinda missed the boat on it as it was happening (even though I'd eventually become aware of stuff like CWiki and Bob Walks In). I keep hearing people say that Liquid Chris is the best Saga, and it'd be super disappointing if he just chose to end the series right as he was getting to the good stuff. It's been really nuts how the story so far has gradually escalated. It started out super innocuous (guy is an outspoken racist/homophobe, trolls send him gay fanart as a joke, everyone has a giggle at his reaction), then it got really silly (the pickle man), then it got unreasonably mean (girls catfishing him), and then it got downright inhumane (Bluespike). But then we have Liquid Chris, where the cycle comes full circle again and it just gets so absurd you start to question how it can possibly all be real. Like, some random dude had the idea to steal Chris' identity by literally pretending to be him. And it worked. You just can't make this shit up, it's like the most brilliant tragic comedy ever written by accident. And it's still going on to this day, to the point where apparently one of the mods at KikiFarms is arranging to manage Chris' estate after Barb dies. As in literally buying a house and acting as Chris' live-in caretaker while he makes more Sonichu comics. It all just started with a dude drawing pictures of his Pokemon OC and now we're here. I've read entire books that don't even come close to being this imaginative, complex, or emotionally compelling.
"Be true and honest with you" Yeah. He actually needs that break.
Yeah, I mean, if anything, this series has garnered sympathy for Chris, by detailing how his garbage parents were largely responsible for sending him down this path. I mean, when fucking kiwifarms is starting to regret some of the bullying they did, I don't see how you can claim this series is hurting Chris.
I think he should a season like thing and not do it all at once, so he doesn't burn himself out and go crazy
