Sorry to derail the argument, but for those who want to hide the NSFW subforum entirely (particularly on mobile because I've personally also mis-tapped subforums/threads from their hyperlink's size):

I don't know, I'm just trying to make sure that it isn't a problem. If I, or someone else, wanted to put this on their background and it gets reported/flagged, it wouldn't be very fair. Like you said, I don't know why it would be a problem but I know that some of those megachristians/youngins will rage about a bit of lewdness.

Basic rule of thumb is it:

Gore
Underaged

If the answer is yes to any of that that, don't use it.

It makes sense that people don't want things like guts, dismemberment, dead bodies, broken bones, exploding heads and similar stuff in wallpapers/backgrounds.
Though it seems that @ThighHighSuccubi 's background will be nuked the moment the needed tools are available to the moderators, even though it lacks all that stuff (except for blood).

If this is the consensus then some further clarification would be required in the official rules.
Ie. calling it "graphic violence" or something similar.

This is just an observation, I have no personal objections against that background.

I think it goes without saying that consumption of bodily fluids isn't allowed on your backgrounds. We couldn't possibly make a list of every single gross thing ever that you shouldn't post, because somebody will always find something equally gross that's not technically on the list.
