It's not exactly my field (Communication, PR, that sort of thing) but after 7 months of dick when it comes to applying for jobs, you'll take anything.
I was working in a primary school teaching Kindergarten. The last 6 months I went back to being a bartender, and now I'm unemployed, and road tripping across Australia on my savings.

They are most likely using a plotter https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSRasKzm3Lw

Mostly pathology and psychiatric medicine. Disgusting as in, the entire industry need massive reform. Painkillers, mood stabilizers, and antipsychotics are extremely over prescribed and most doctors cheat on their MCAT to begin with (and readily admit to colleagues in some cases.)
So you went all the way through medical school only to change careers afterwards? That's rough. Not that the other stuff isn't rough, but still.
You've gotta do what makes you feel right.
