1) YES, we are not going to be immediately turning to bans as warnings for smaller things like undescriptive thread title, wrong section, or off-topic. Unless you do these things like. Over and over again. In which case that'll get you banned. So a little more leniency.
2) UhhHHH yes? Sort of? Some of us have requested some of the subforums that are now available but Hezzy and Postal can also make them.

This is probably a redundant question, but just to confirm this means we're moving away from bans as warnings from now on? Or is it just in the case of thread creation we're moving away from that system?
We’re still waiting on final confirmation, but I’m currently under the assumption that bans will be for much more serious issues whereas simple verbal/text warnings will suffice for most smaller offenses. It still offers some room for some moderate discretion since things vary case by case, but that’s the general idea.
