It has pretty much become the 009 Sound System of the new generation.
Which reminds me
Dreamscape - 009 Sound System

Its usage has plummeted over the last 5-ish years, but it still gives me plenty of cringe and horrible flashbacks of Notepad, Windows XP and unregistered copies of Hypercam 3.
Oh, another song I'm sick of hearing: that dance/edm version of Fast Car. Wretched piece of shit, just play the original.
Funny how Jonas Blue became the new Kygo
Both suck with their stupid cymbal samples and flutes
Rats, by Ghost.
Seems like everyone I know is stuck on it, and Youtube's autoplay keeps trying to force feed it to me.
Literally any pop music that would have played on charts radio stations while I was in Highschool.
Every classroom that had a radio would have that radio switched to a charts radio station that played the same 6 or 7 songs on a constant cycle, lest the chav kids start a riot, and then I'd get on a bus home and have those same chav kids blast the same 6 or 7 songs on their shitty phone speakers for another 40 minutes or so.
I will literally walk out of stores if they start playing that shit on the in-store radio- I did my fucking time, i'm never listening to one of those tracks in full ever again lmao
Despacito
Living on a Prayer by Bon Jovi
Carry on my Wayward Son by Kansas
Multiple Kelly Clarkson songs
YESSSSSSSSS. My housemates were seemingly playing it constantly up until a few weeks ago. Maybe because I openly told them it gets on my nerves.
After working in a grocery store for about a month made me pretty much hate anything on a top 40 list. Uptown Funk, Hotline Bling, you name it.
Wake me up makes me angry whenever someone uses it, because it is an overused joke at best.
But one song pisses me off to no end. Anyone Dutch or Belgian here, let me ask you this: How in the name of Fuck did the Song "Drank & Drugs" by Lil' Kleine & Ronnie Flex stay in the top 50 for months on end?! They gained Platinum with that song?!
The song is fucking awful, the lyrics are basically just two sentences, the singer makes me fall asleep,...
Agh!
That stupid song had no right to being that popular and every radio played it every day atleast once for about a year.
As a Dutch person with grocery store experience, I have no idea either....
My guess is that the negative news surrounding the song gave it an additional popularity boost because the artist appeared on various radio and television interviews and was asked to explain the thought behind the song and stuff
Most of the songs on my workplace's playlist. A good example would be Believer by Imagine Dragons.
Come Sail Away by Styx. just fuck off
Post Malone - Congratulations can go fuck itself
Any popular Red Hot Chili Peppers song except for Soul To Squeeze. They're good, but damn do they get annoying.

Every commercial that has something to do with shipping plays this damn song.
The classic rock station that always plays at work plays the exact same list of songs every single day. I'm so damn sick of AC/DC and Queen.
AC/DC is so overhyped and generic to me...
Margaritaville.
Seriously, they play at least 5 of their songs daily and I hate it.
For some reason I spent two or three months straight listening to almost nothing but the Team Plasma battle theme from Pokemon Black when it came out. It's been eight years since then and for the first time I can listen to the song without feeling really uncomfortable like I was precogniscent of every beat.
Almost everything Pearl Jam or Nirvana. Used to love their songs (pearl jam used to be one of my favorite bands), but just heard them enough over the years.
Purple Rain. It's not even Prince's best song, and honestly it's one of the worst in terms of his annoying habit of crying while singing.
I'll be honest, now that it's been a few years since I've heard it... it's not a bad song.
Anything from *dry heave* Jimmy Buffett.
That ANNOYING AND CONSTANTLY PLAYED "let it be" song. I want to rip my hair out every time I hear it. Or any recent "country" song.
"Dust in the Wind"
One of those "everyone thinks it's deep" songs when it really isn't.
everything the person reading this enjoys
Nico and the Niners
The lyrics only exist to serve some dumb ARG and while it sounds nice, it's been so overplayed that it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Disturbed fan myself and I am so sick of their Sound of Silence cover. I don't listen to them for their soft shit (as well done as the cover is) and now that cover has more plays on spotify than Down with the Sickness its nuts.
I'm really tired of Sheeran
